Middle / High School

After school programs that promotes education and service- based activities within the community.

Objective:  To introduce youth to the world of First Responders and Civic leaders and to foster an environment of service through service-based opportunities.

                                                   

K- 2nd


Interactive activities and basic conflict resolution utilizing ‘Badge Buddy’ puppets.

Objective: Students learn how to help others by getting “behind the badge” with the goal of gaining a better understanding of what Police do and the value of all First Responders within the community.


Additional Projects: Classroom ‘Adopt an Officer’, cards to Officers, visits, and educational field trips.

 




3rd- 5th


Interactive activity book and follow up questions.

Objective: Through “Putting the YOU in Unity” Activity Book students explore the path to help define their role within the community as well the roles of others; First Responders, elected officials, parents, and peers. This is fostered through an emphasis on the 6 Pillars of Character.
